Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team at Oren. The role requires strong leadership, a confident presence, and excellent organisational skills, with strong knowledge of wine and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team

• Implement and maintain SOPs

• Be a strong floor presence during service

• Manage opening and closing procedures

• Oversee bookings and table management

• Demonstrate strong wine knowledge, including menu pairing and staff training

Salary

£35,000–£40,000 DOE
